No satellite signal is being recieved/ No Signal
No TV Signal
If you are receiving your broadcasts through satellite and are displaying a "No satellite signal is being received" or "No Signal" message is displayed it could be for one the following reasons
​
- An obstruction, check that the dish has no obstuctions blocking the line of sight, this can typically be a tree, snow, or even a nesting bird
- Cable Damage, Check the cable for any signs of wear or damage.
- End Connector, is the end connector connected to the cable correctly?
- Weather, if heavy low cloud is blocking the line of sight it may affect the signal but should return to normal shortly afterwards, strong winds can also move a satellite dish from its intended position.
After an examination of the equipment and you suspect any of the problems listed above please contact us.

If you are receiving your broadcasts through a TV aerial and are displaying a "No TV signal" message on your screen it could be for one of the following reasons

- Is a Software update required? this is also the case if certain channels are no longer available.
- Cable damage, check the cable for any signs of damage or wear
- Is your aerial connected to a booster or amplifier? if so check that the unit is receiving power
- End connectors, check all of the end connectors, and ensure that a proper connection is being achieved
- Weather, like satellite it can effect the operation of TV antenna, look for any signs of movement on the aerial, pole, and mounts
